Geohot has released the Limera1n jailbreaking tool for iOS 4.1

Geohot has released the Limera1n jailbreaking tool for iOS 4.1 and according to the hackers it’s unpatchable. Unpatchable means pwned4life and which again means jailbreak forever.

Geohot limera1n took him 6 months to develop and today the hacker has again created history by releasing the jailbreak which will jailbreak all the iDevices including iPhone 4, iPad and iPod Touch running the latest iOS firmware.

The sad part to this story is that the jailbreak has not accompanied any unlock tool which is must for iPhone users who are relying on a carrier unlock. The iOS 4.1 firmware updates the baseband to 05.14.02 which is currently unlockable.

You can download the limera1n tool from limera1n.com, currently it will work on Windows computer only.
